There are two ways to enter giveaways hosted by GOAT GIVEAWAYS PTY LTD:
Promotional Giveaway – For the first three months, participants across the Whole of Australia can enter a daily draw for a chance to win by simply creating an account (no purchase required). Winners will be selected through a verified third-party process to ensure fairness and transparency.
Leaderboard Performance – Compete based on skill and secure a top-ranking position to win.
Participants must be at least 18 years old or meet the legal age requirement in their jurisdiction.
Additional Rules:
Winners for GOLD, PLATINUM and DIAMOND will announced at regular intervals through out the day.
Each participant must follow the specific instructions outlined for each giveaway.
Only one account per person is allowed—multiple accounts may result in disqualification.
All winner selections and verifications are conducted in collaboration with BUZZZ PTY LTD to ensure fairness and compliance.
Winners are determined based on skill and ranking on the leaderboard—this is NOT a game of chance or gambling.

Winners will be notified via the contact details provided at the time of entry. Failure to respond within the given timeframe may result in the selection of an alternate winner.
During the initial three-month promotional period, GOAT GIVEAWAYS PTY LTD will not be directly responsible for selecting winners.
A designated third-party entity will oversee the winner selection process and provide GOAT GIVEAWAYS PTY LTD with the name of the daily winner.
Winners will be selected through two methods:
Verification of bank details and personal information.
A certified selection process in collaboration with BUZZZ PTY LTD and GOAT GIVEAWAYS PTY LTD.
The selection process is designed to guarantee fair and transparent results, enhancing trust and credibility in the giveaway process.
Prizes are as stated in each giveaway and are non-transferable.
No cash alternatives are available unless specified.
GOAT GIVEAWAYS PTY LTD reserves the right to substitute a prize with another of equal or greater value if necessary.
Any form of cheating, fraud, or manipulation will result in immediate disqualification.
Participants must abide by fair play rules, and GOAT GIVEAWAYS PTY LTD reserves the right to take action against any violations.
By purchasing a membership or a one-time package, you are supporting GOAT GIVEAWAYS PTY LTD.
Members and one-time packages purchased during a promotional period or giveaway are non refundable.
Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. If a failure occurs, we will rectify the issue or provide a refund where legally applicable.
Refunds will not be issued for reasons such as change of mind or failure to understand the terms.

You have no ownership rights in your account, and GOAT GIVEAWAYS PTY LTD may suspend or discontinue services at any time.
GOAT GIVEAWAYS PTY LTD may cancel your account without notice for violations of these terms.
To cancel your account, contact goat.giveaways@gmail.com. A cancellation link will be sent within 24-48 hours, and you must follow the prompts to complete the process.
GOAT GIVEAWAYS PTY LTD is not a gambling or raffle company. All giveaways are based on skill and leaderboard performance
We are not responsible for technical issues, network failures, or unforeseen circumstances affecting participation.
By participating, you agree to release GOAT GIVEAWAYS PTY LTD from any liability arising from your involvement in the giveaway.
GOAT GIVEAWAYS PTY LTD operates independently from BUZZZ PTY LTD. However, participants may engage with BUZZZ PTY LTD’s platform to enhance their chances of winning through available gameplay options.
